Dr. Nooshin Mohd Bazargani, MD, FRCP (Edin), is a Consultant Cardiologist at Dubai Hospital, Dubai Health, with expertise in the prevention and management of cardiovascular disease, heart failure, and anticoagulation in cardiac care. She established the first dedicated Heart Failure and Anticoagulation Clinics in Dubai Hospital and has led numerous community health campaigns to raise awareness of heart disease, particularly among women.

Deeply engaged in medical education, Dr. Bazargani has organized the MRCP (UK) PACES examinations in Dubai since their inception and serves as core faculty at MBRU and the Arab Board Cardiology Fellowship Program. She has held leadership roles, including Vice President of the World Heart Federation (2019–2020), and has contributed extensively to national and international cardiovascular committees. A dedicated researcher and frequent conference speaker, she continues to shape the advancement of cardiology across the UAE and beyond.
